While I'm sorry that you can't use your face powder any longer, I'm thrilled that you are discovering some of the things that make you feel lousy! I would think it will be a lot easier for you to manage things with such valuable information!

Welcome back, voice! Maybe you'll be able to record some more of your beautiful singing and post it on here? :)
  • Lauratina · 3 months ago
WOW!!! I mean, wow! This is just absolutely awesome news! I'm sooooo filled with joy over this wonderful news! It has to feel surreal to actually get reacquainted with your own voice after such a long absence.

Thank you, God, for this beautiful gift!! Love you, dear-heart!! Happy, happy, joy, joy!! :)

Every day something gets better. I am really so glad for you.

Who knew that such a simple thing would make all the difference? Thanks be to God! And by the way, . . . face powder is overrated. I'm allergic to just about everything, so I can really understand. Besides, somewhere there is a non-allergenic face powder just waiting to be discovered. Blessings to you, janet

Hooray!! Breathing rocks! Face powder--bah! Who needs it? (or maybe there's some hypo-allergenic kind) HUGS to you!!

Is it weird to say that's wonderful? :) So glad for good news!

Can you find other face powder? I mean, is it something in the powder itself, or the scent, or just the fact that your respiratory system decided not to like powder?

And breathing really isn't overrated. ;)

Totally not even close, but, a few years ago I was "loosing" my vision (my retinas were torn), and I had to give up all my makeup for 6 months to try to find the cause. People were like "omg, no makeup???" I prefer vision to makeup. So I kind of, (although not really!!) understand.
Breathing is so very great. Glad u are able to enjoy it once again.

Sara, Len and I are sitting at the brealkast table grinning from ear to ear. We are so delighted for you. Especially about the breathing and no nebulizer thing but for your real voice. Hurrah! Hurrah!

I've been allergic to face powder since childhood - and for me that means also powder type of rouge and eye shadow. Just a heads up.
    Blessings.

You don't need face powder anyway! I am so thankful for this wonderful find! Glad for your voice, but especially glad for the breathing!

That is a heck of a but! I'm sure the health list that comes before that is a bit staggering... thank goodness though, for the but! Silver lining perhaps? I just pray these blessings continue. Always so great to "hear" from you!
  • Guest · 3 months ago
So excited for fresh air and to "hear" your voice! Our God is so good and I am standing in the belief that there is more good on the horizon. Fresh air and a voice are just the light at the end of the tunnel.

P.S. For some reason I can't get this log in right ... grrr! This is Debra! :)

Let me tell you something, G... My grandfather out of kookiness (he is 95!) decided to give my mom a gift, which is RARE. When he does, its always something really expensive but really weird. We got a package in the mail one day and it turned out to be an air purifier that santizes the air and charges/ionizes it as it blows out good air. I raised my eyebrow at it, but we gave it a try... plugged it in and within an HOUR, I was breathing so much better. I have asthma you see, but I am accustomed to accomodating the asthma, not the other way around. Those things do miracles! My mom's sinus problems have disappeared... when I leave the house, I get headaches which only disappear when I get back into it. I wish I could have an air purifier for every room in my life! So I can totally believe that your voice has returned and I can certainly understand the thrill you're having because of it. YAY you! :) :)

I cannot tell you how much it MADE my day to see this post with something good, happy, and more healthy for you!!! Hooray for the air purifier!

And yet again you serve as a great role model of choosing joy by choosing to post about the good! I know all things are not going well right now but I am so glad you have something joyful to celebrate!

Sara! What a wonderful thing to find out there is something you can do to have something as vital as breathing restored! And your voice back as a bonus? So HAPPY FOR YOU!! That is truly an answer to many prayers. I hope you get more and more relief. And girlfriend? Just because you don't eat fast food and alREADY eat as healthy as you can doesn't mean you can't sign up to join us or enter the contest. Hello. Wouldn't that be adding insult to injury? I know you would resist fast food if you COULD get out. That's good enough for me! You BETTER enter. :-D

    Hey buddy,

This is wonderful news!!! I am thrilled with your illness clause. I know they have clauses for "acts of God", but illness? This must be one step toward your bucks for bodies idea--you are revolutionary, but we've all known that for QUITE some time, sweet, wonderful lady.

I am trilled for you. I bet you tried singin' near the shower? How did the pipes sound? I bet it was nice to just be able to try.

I did read the fb post saying you currently have no wind under those cords, so currently you're not sailing. That stinks. Just remember, the devine healer is at the helm, holding the wheel, and you're in for a ride. You are doing most splendidly, sweet woman. It is so difficult to be a passenger, and you are riding with grace.

I can't wait to hear you sing, hit all the notes, and find freedom. As for make-up,? Well, it's far overrated. I rarely wear it. When I do, I can only wear bare minerals, b/c I react to EVERYTHING else.

I hug, hug, hug you right NOW.

    Love,
    Me

wow I am so grateful to hear good news for you. And you figuring out various things that make it hard for you to breathe is also great as you can go longer feeling well (at least breathing wise). I know you are far from feeling well, but I am glad you have one little break in the clouds to look up and remember. Hopefully soon more will come.

Hey girl! So glad the air filtration system worked out for you. I think of you often and am always amazed at how you are coping.
